Who we are

MAISONS (maisons.co) is responsible for the information collected on this site; the publishing company is presented in the legal notice. For any question, write to us at chez@maisons.co.

What we collect

Through the forms: your name, your email, your phone number if you give it, where the property is, your need and your message. We also record the language of the page and technical data that protect against abuse (your IP address and your email in a hashed form, never in clear).

Why

To answer your request and follow it up: discussing your property, a proposal, organising visits, booking a stay. Nothing else.

Who has access

Our team. The third-party services listed below process some information on our behalf, each for its own role only, and cannot use it for themselves. We never sell or rent your information.

Third-party services and their role

The site uses the following services, each for a precise role. Fonts are hosted on our own site: no request is sent to a font service.

Plausible Analytics

Anonymous audience measurement: no cookie, no personal identifier, no profiling, no resale. The addresses of personal pages (access links, verification codes) are never sent to it.

Mapbox

The map of the houses. It only loads if you click « Show the map »: before this click, nothing is sent to Mapbox. Once loaded, Mapbox receives the technical information needed to display it (IP address, browser); performance metrics are turned off.

Stripe

Payment of bookings. When you pay, Stripe sets fraud-prevention cookies on its own domain.

Cloudflare Turnstile

Protects the forms against robots: checks that a request is sent by a person.

Vercel and Supabase

Hosting of the site (Vercel) and of the data of the forms, bookings and spaces (Supabase).

Resend

Sending the e-mails the team decides to send you.

No cookie banner

The site sets no tracking or advertising cookie and uses no tracker that requires your consent: that is why it shows no banner. Audience measurement is anonymous, cookieless, with no profiling and no resale. The only payment cookies are Stripe's, on its own domain, when you pay.

How long

As long as needed to handle your request and the relationship that may follow; a free template request is kept 24 months. You can ask for deletion at any time.

Your rights

You can access your information, have it corrected or deleted, and object to its use, audience measurement included: write to chez@maisons.co. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).

No marketing without your consent

Sending a request does not put you on any list. We do not send you commercial offers without your consent, and no e-mail leaves without a person of the team deciding it.

In your browser

The site keeps in your browser what it needs to work: the language you chose, a form being filled in (cleared when the tab closes or after sending), the sign-in to your space, and, if you request a free template, your details to prefill the next request (a link erases them). This information stays on your device.
