Owners ourselves.

Since 2012 we have welcomed guests to our own homes in Brittany, Georgia and the UAE. We know what a house needs when nobody is there: regular visits, decisions taken in good time and people you can rely on.

We bring the same standards to the properties entrusted to us in Brittany and Georgia: a report after every visit, and your approval before any cost is incurred.

These three homes are our own: we look after them and welcome our guests there. The concierge service itself operates in Brittany and Georgia; in the UAE, Maison Arabia is our own home and we do not offer concierge services there.

Every visit ends with a report: checks carried out, photos, a short video when it helps, costs incurred and the next step we suggest. Everything is kept in your owner space.

Questions

A service for owners: care of the property while you are away, preparation for your stays, coordination of work and services around your rental. After each visit you receive a report, and spending is committed with your approval.

In Brittany, in five areas from the Gulf of Morbihan to Guérande–La Baule, and in Georgia, in Gudauri and Tbilisi. Beyond these areas, we look into each request based on the property. We also own Maison Arabia in Dubai, but we do not offer concierge services there.

Write to us with where your property is and what you need. We reply within 12 hours. We then get to know the property and agree the services, frequency, dates and budget with you.

It depends on the territory. In Brittany, prices are published on our Brittany services page. In Georgia, services and fees are set by quotation, based on your property and the services you choose.
